Simple Ketchup

6 oz organic tomato paste 
1/4 cup white vinegar 
1/4 cup water 
2 tbsp sugar 
1/2 tsp celery salt 

Sauté all ingredients over low heat for 15-20 minutes.  Let cool and then refrigerate.  If you are out of time, ingredients can be whisked and served, although it will be slightly grainy in texture.
